In a recent project, Qingdao Florescence Marine Supply Co., Ltd. successfully completed the production and shipment of 60 pieces of D2.0m x L2.0m foam-filled marine fenders to the Dominican Republic. These fenders, designed to provide optimal protection during berthing operations, were loaded into 12 x 40ft containers after 45days manufacturing period. 

The heavy-duty foam fenders were used for the berthing of a 100,000-ton cargo ship, and performed exceptionally well. With excellent energy absorption and minimal reaction force, the fenders provided stable and reliable docking protection, ensuring the safety of both the vessel and the port infrastructure.
